Welcome to Lash De Luxe, where the art of eyelash extensions is my passion. My name is Kaneisha Taylor, and I take great pride in being the proud owner of this beauty business. As a licensed esthetician, I completed my training at Guys Academy in July 2020, and since then, I have been dedicated to providing top-notch beauty services. In April 2021, I officially started in the beauty industry, offering not only eyelash extensions but also a range of other beauty services including waxing, lash lifts, and tinting. Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal, and I am committed to ensuring that you leave the salon feeling truly beautiful and confident. Cancellation Policy
I value everyone’s time, including my own. The policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling are as follows:
Late Policy: Communication is key, please communicate if you will be running more than 15 minutes late, so that we may reschedule your appointment to a later time/date if one is available. Please understand that any amount of time that you are late that will be time taken off of your scheduled appointment timeframe. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not notified me, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. If I do not hear from you, I have to assume you are a no show. For no shows, you will be charged your deposit fee and it will not be returned.
Cancellation/ reschedule Policy: I understand life happens, please give me a 24 hour notice to release the appointment. You can also cancel online or via any reminder or confirmation text/email.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in the time frame allowed, your deposit will not be refunded. Please do not hesitate to call or text for any questions or concerns regarding your appointment.
We do not offer refunds on any service. Please contact me for other options. I do my best to make sure you have the best experience.
